About the Author
Author Max Zanan is a veteran of the automobile industry with over fifteen years of experience in sales, finance and insurance, and compliance. Zanan holds a graduate degree from John Jay College of the City University of New York. As a founder and CEO of IDDS Group and Total Dealer Compliance, Zanan utilizes all of the skills he has picked up over the years to cohesively mentor dealerships on how to increase revenue and profitability, and eliminate noncompliant practices in all departments. Prior to founding IDDS Group and Total Dealer Compliance, Zanan held executive positions in leading automobile dealerships and consulting companies.
